Yes, there is free parking. A parking attendant will direct you. You may need to make two trips with your cake and other items.

The tented area with cakes is not wheelchair accessible; however, there is an area that overlooks the event. A volunteer is available to place your cake and collect your slices.
If any special accommodations are required, please let us know when you register.
The restroom is wheelchair accessible.

Yes!
There will be a Nut Table for cakes made with nuts. Please notify the volunteer who is ferrying your cake to the tent if your cake should be on that table.
It is very important that you fill out the Ingredient Form with the type of nuts used.

No, your confirmation email will be your ticket.

Every participant must donate $50, bring a cake, and register, including children.
No "plus 1" or unregistered guests, please, except for those who need assistance with accessibility.

The event will be held rain or shine. Windhover has charming buildings to hold the cakes–and the guests eating them! Your donation is not refundable.

As this is a fundraiser for The Open Door and Windhover, your donation is non-refundable.
We expect that this event is going to sell out. If you do have to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can admit someone who is waitlisted.

No. We love animals, especially yours, but they are not allowed in order to maintain food safety.

No other food will be available. We encourage you to bring your own water bottle!
