Follow the signs to the registration table to check in.

Checking In

At check in you will receive a wristband in one of three colors.

Proceed to the photo table to have a photograph made of you and your cake, if you wish.

Give your cake to a volunteer, who will place the cake on a table under the tent.

Photo Time for Your Socials

Once everyone has been checked in, all the cake tables will be photographed.

Once the photo session is over, the Cape Ann Cake Fest will officially begin!

The Slice Swap Begins

You will be given a cake box.

You will be invited to proceed to the cake tent to the group of cake laden tables that correspond to the color of your wristband.

Help yourself to slices of any of those cakes and put these slices in your cake box.

In about 10 minutes, you will be directed to the next group of tables for sampling.

Ten minutes after that you will be directed to the final group of cake tables.

After everyone has had access to all the cake tables  you are welcome to help yourself to second helpings of any cake still out there!

Meet & Greet & Eat
